STARTING OUR OWN RADIO SHOW!!!
That’s right, today marks the debut of our show, Behind the Barrel, on 88.1 KAFM Grand Junction Community Radio. Airing at 12:30 pm Mountain Time on the 4th Wednesday of every month, Behind the Barrel will highlight the many intriguing and dynamic personalities that are driving the wine, beer, and distillery industries here on the Western Slope of Colorado. This is not a technical show, but rather a fireside chat where you’ll get to hear how our guests got involved in the industry, what inspires them, and what they enjoy doing when they’re not busy running their businesses.
Our first guest, on National Wine Day, will be Garrett Portra of Carlson Vineyards in Palisade, Colorado. We hope you’ll listen in to hear some of Garrett’s personal stories.
