Safety and Sustainability
Safety of our clients and employees is our top priority. We are committed to following all applicable requirements regarding COVID-19. As of June 2021, the state of Colorado does not require a face mask to be worn in most businesses, but encourages people who are not fully vaccinated to wear masks in all other public indoor spaces to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Mesa County has issued the Free to Choose Resolution that asks individuals to respect individuals’ and businesses’ choices whether to wear or suggest face coverings and partake in other COVID-19 precautions.
At this time, Grand Valley Grapes and Grains Adventures will not require our clients or employees to wear face masks while in the vehicle; however our employees will be happy to wear face masks upon request. Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized prior to each tour.
Grand Valley Grapes and Grains Adventures is committed to environmental sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. Our transportation fleet consists solely of hybrid electric vehicles. We go paperless whenever possible, and participate in local recycling programs.
We donate a portion of our profits to the Colorado Association for Viticulture & Enology's continuing education scholarship program and the Colorado Brewer's Guild to support the local wineries and breweries in the Grand Valley.
